1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 2 Hours of receiving the product.
  • Valid Reasons for Return:
    • Defective, damaged, or incorrect product received.
    • Products with missing parts or incomplete packaging.
  • Non-Eligible Returns:
    • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
    • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
  • Mandatory Proof: A video recording of the unboxing process is required as proof in case of damaged or incorrect products. Without this, return requests may be denied.

 

 

2. Return Process

  2. Submit Proof: Send the unboxing video and clear images highlighting the issue with the product.
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you about the return approval.
  4. Product Return: Upon approval, ship the product back to our designated return address in its original packaging.

 

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, a 100% refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Partial Refund: If the product does not meet your expectations but is not defective, a partial refund may be issued after assessing the condition of the returned item.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within seven business days after receiving and approving the return.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).

 

 

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products, Islamic Gift BD will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For Other Reasons: Customers must bear the return shipping cost if the return is not due to a defect or incorrect item.

 

 

5. Important Notes

  • Packaging Requirement: The returned product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Condition of Return: The item must be unused, undamaged, and resellable.
